Ideas board
The Ideas board shows what therapists have asked for and where each idea stands: under consideration, planned, in progress, or shipped. You can vote for the ideas you want most and suggest your own.
To open it, click your name in the top right and choose Ideas board.
Voting for an idea
- Find the idea. All open lists everything not yet shipped. Use the stage buttons, the category list, or Most votes / Newest to narrow it down.
- Click the arrow with the number on the left of the idea. It turns blue and the count goes up by one.
- To take your vote back, click it again.
Each therapist has one vote per idea. Other people can see how many votes an idea has, but never who voted.
Suggesting an idea
- Click Suggest an idea.
- Type a short Title. If similar ideas are already on the board, they appear under the title. If one matches, vote for it instead, since one idea with many votes counts for more than several with a few.
- Add Details: what it would help you do, and how you handle it today.
- Under Who sees it, choose:
- Share on the Ideas board: other therapists can see it and vote. It is posted in your words, without your name, after a quick review by our team.
- Send privately to the team: only the Practice Harbor team sees it.
- Click Submit idea (or Send privately).
Please leave out client names and anything else about a specific client. The review is there to catch this, but it's safest to leave it out yourself.
Your ideas are listed under Your suggestions at the top of the board. A shared idea shows Waiting for review until it is posted, then shows its stage.
The public Ideas page
The same ideas, with their vote counts, are listed on the public Ideas page of this help site, which updates when the help site is published. Bug reports and questions still go through Send feedback in the same menu, and are answered directly.
