The foundation: what the platform already does

Before this changelog began, the platform was already a complete practice-management system. A quick tour of the baseline, so later entries have context.

  • Scheduling — calendar with recurring appointments, online booking with a website widget, Google Calendar sync, and automated email appointment reminders.
  • Clients — individual, couple, family, and minor clients with guardian-managed portal access, intake packets (consent forms, questionnaires, credit-card collection), and EHR import for practices switching from SimplePractice.
  • Notes — session recording and dictation with AI-drafted notes from your own templates, treatment plans, supervisor co-sign workflows, and diagnosis management.
  • Billing — fee schedules, invoices, statements, superbills, card payments and AutoPay via Stripe, and HSA/FSA card support.
  • Insurance — coverage tracking, CMS-1500 claims, electronic eligibility groundwork, and ERA (payer remittance) ingestion.
  • Telehealth — one-click video sessions with a waiting room, no client install required.
  • Client portal — secure messaging, appointment requests, document signing, and bill pay at your practice's own portal address.

Everything below this post is what's changed since.
