Week of June 29: 3,600-payer directory, crash-proof recording, document reminders
Infrastructure week: the payer directory, recording resilience, and a long list of accuracy fixes across analytics and booking.
New
- A built-in national payer directory (3,600+ insurance companies): pick payers by name or payer ID when adding coverage — no more manual payer setup for common plans — with enrollment status tracked per payer.
- Automatic document reminders: clients with incomplete intake or assigned forms get reminded before appointments (with a per-client switch), and you can send an ad-hoc reminder for any pending document from the Files tab.
- Crash recovery for in-progress recordings: if the browser crashes or the tab closes mid-session, the recording survives (encrypted) and offers to resume — and switching microphones mid-session no longer splits the recording.
- Portal sign-in QR code: print a poster or card that takes clients straight to your portal.
- Claim auto-split: selecting more than six sessions creates correctly split claims automatically (six lines per claim, per calendar year).
Improved
- Scored measures and intake forms now share one delivery system — schedule a measure once and every send, score, and reminder flows through the same pipeline, consolidated on the client's Files tab with a visible "Next share" date.
- Analytics accuracy pass: date ranges respect your local calendar, refunds and payouts are excluded from income, error states render as errors instead of fake zeros, and no-shows are counted honestly.
- Uploaded audio files get the same real transcription-and-note pipeline as live recordings.
Fixed
- Booking-widget race conditions that could double-hold a slot, and portal booking requests can now be cancelled by the client.
- Intake invitations no longer drop when a returning client re-uses the same email.
