Week of July 6: help center, demographics form, website builder, mobile app
The week the platform got a lot easier to learn — and to be found.
New
- A full help center at help.practiceharbor.com: 70+ task-first articles with real screenshots, covering everything from first login to claims troubleshooting, linked from the app's profile menu.
- Demographics form: a system intake form that collects the client's personal, contact, emergency-contact, and insurance details through the portal and writes them onto the chart automatically — including insurance card photo uploads. Configurable optional/required fields in Settings.
- Professional website builder in Settings: publish a simple practice website with your services, fees, photos, and booking link — templates, palettes, and typography included.
- In-app feedback: share ideas and issues from the profile menu; screenshots attach automatically.
- Getting Started checklist for new practices, with a guided tour and an instant sample session to try the AI scribe risk-free.
- Client file uploads: clients can upload documents from the portal ("My Uploads"); files land on the chart's Files tab.
- Automatic receipts: every payment mints a stored receipt document, visible to the practice and (when enabled) the client portal.
Improved
- Superbills gained a Paid column, printed statement numbers, and the practice NPI line; sessions already on a claim are flagged before you superbill them.
- Team management: resend invitations to members who never activated, with a pending-invite badge.
- Couples billing separates each partner's personal money cleanly.
Fixed
- AutoPay double-charge protection hardened around a rare same-moment retry.
- The Templates page loads fast again on large practices.
- Calendar weeks start on Sunday (US convention).
